Redefining the Workplace - One Woman At A Time

October 19–21, 2017 | Lombard, Illinois

At our 2017 conference, more than 1500 participants from all over the United States will join together to learn how women will redefine the workplace. Through revolutionary thinking, workshops, and breakout sessions participants will learn how to empower themselves as they move their career forward.

Keynote Speakers

    Jodi Glickman

Changing the World of Work, One Conversation at a Time

Have you ever gotten promoted because of a brilliant email?  How about closed an important deal via text?  Do your classmates, colleagues (or clients) love you because of those amazing voicemails you leave?  Hardly.

Business is, and always will be, about personal connection.  In today’s global economy, it’s not the smartest, hardest working or most technically savvy who succeed. Instead, it’s the people with dynamic and honed communication skills. Those who communicate strategically, effectively and persuasively– every day, in every situation.

Please join Jodi Glickman, author of the critically acclaimed Great on The Job, to learn how to get anyone (and everyone) to listen to you, how to exceed expectations always, how to find out what others (really think of you)—so that you can get ahead in your career.
