Jamie Belinne is the assistant dean for Career Services at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. Prior to that she managed Recruiting and Staffing at The University of Texas at Austin. Earlier at UT, she built McCombs' first dedicated MBA Career Services division.

Allison Higbie is the Vice President and General Manager for the Minute Maid Business Unit of Coca-Cola North America. She has been with Coca-Cola for almost 18 years and is responsible for the marketing, innovation and strategy for Coca-Cola’s juice portfolio. Allison holds a BA in Communication from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Elizabeth Campbell, is an experienced attorney, HR professional, and diversity and inclusion strategist. She is focused on labor/employment law and diversity and inclusion. Elizabeth graduated from American University with a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology and later earned a Juris Doctor degree from University of Michigan Law School.

Dr. John Nguyen has over 26 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, corporate leader, and author. His experience and insight in leadership development together with his academic research and professional certified coaching credential help inform audiences through keynote speaking, workshops, and personal executive coaching. In his latest accomplishment, John was selected from a nationwide search to be featured in Discover Your Inner Strength, a highly successful book series from Tennessee-based Insight Publishing.

Juliana has 18 years of international marketing experience helping grow and develop global brands and startup companies. In her current role as Indirect Channel B2C Marketing Manager at Shell she develops and drives the consumer lubricants strategy, marketing and promotional plans for Shell distributors. Previously, she advised and trained Shell business leaders in Latin America on digital marketing best practices. She launched and managed Lancome.com.br, the first e-commerce website for L’Oréal in Latin America, and led the digital marketing strategy for NRG EVgo, the largest private investor in electric car charging infrastructure in the U.S. Globally-minded and fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish Juliana grew up in Brazil and first came to the United States as a high school exchange student. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Advertising and pursued her MBA at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro.
Juliana Herman is the founder of Middlegame Solutions a market intelligence and strategy firm, where she utilizes her more than fifteen years of global experience as an innovative, resourceful sales and marketing executive and customer-focused growth strategist. Juliana has experience in multiple industries, starting her career as a technical designer in apparel she then leveraged her background into industrial manufacturing and continued her career in the oil and gas industry before starting her own company. Juliana is the VP of the Houston Professional Chapter of NAWMBA
Karen H. Tass, CFA is a Partner, Portfolio Manager at Garcia Hamilton & Associates. Ms. Tass graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in International Studies and a minor in Business. In August 2010 she earned an M.B.A. from University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business along with a Graduate Certificate in Financial Services Management. Ms. Tass is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the Houston Society of Financial Analysts and she was also a Winner of the 2010 Investment Research Challenge-Southwest U.S.

Lindsey holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Tufts University.

Therese M. Baer, PE, has 35 years’ experience in environmental / civil engineering and industrial hygiene. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental Option) from Rice University (Class of 1979), where she attended on full academic scholarship. At Rice, Therese was a National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and Mary Gibbs Jones scholar. Therese is the President of Engineering & Water Resources Manager at Baer Engineering.
