Presented by: Cate Goethals

Now is a particularly good time for women to seek seats on boards of directors.  All-male boards of retired CEOs are disappearing as shareholders demand diversity, disruptive changes in the marketplace require multiple perspectives, and the natural strengths that many women bring are more valued - and more in demand - than ever before.

Drawing upon her Better Boards Project: The Impact of Women on Boards research, Cate will lead an interactive discussion on what women directors bring to boards, why they are being recruited more than ever before, and what the best roadmap would be for you to strategize your way to a seat at the right table.  What steps can you take now to increase your chances of sitting in the boardroom a few years from now?
